enne 3 Plus Food supplement useful in cases of increased need or low intake from the diet of omega 3 fatty acids ALA, EPA and DHA and to act, on a nutritional basis, on the modulation of the inflammatory response, on the strengthening of the immune defenses, keeping under control the level of free radicals, to optimize the functionality of the cell membrane and the trophism of tissues.
Contains omega-3 fatty acids ALA, from cold pressed linseed oil, EPA and DHA, of marine origin in the form of triglycerides, associated with L-α-glycerylphosphorylcholine (α-GPC), a derivative of soy lecithin , which facilitates the incorporation of these fatty acids into the phospholipids of the cell membrane, and three synergistic antioxidants: natural vitamin E (RRR-α-tocopherol), vitamin C (ascorbic acid) and Astaxanthin, a natural carotenoid extracted from a microalga (Haematococcus pluvialis), for an effective anti-radical action of the individual and for the protection of polyunsaturated fatty acids during their absorption and distribution in the body.
It does not contain gluten or GMOs.

How to use
1- 2 capsules a day, preferably in the evening, together or immediately after a meal to favor the absorption of the active components.
