Rhodes
It has an adaptogenic action, promotes memory abilities and relieves symptoms of fatigue during physical activity.
Schisandr
It has an adaptogenic and anti-stress action; it also acts at the level of the central nervous system by improving reflexes, endurance and working capacity. Withania: tonic-adaptogen, useful in attention and memory disorders as well as anti-stress.
Acetyl L-Carnitine

How to use
