Description
Food supplement of vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxine-5'-phosphate (P-5-P), a metabolically active compound of vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 contributes physiologically:
- energy metabolism, cysteine synthesis;
- the metabolism of proteins, glycogen and homocysteine;
-to the functioning of the nervous system;
- to the psychological function;
-the normal formation of red blood cells;
- the function of the immune system;
- the reduction of tiredness and fatigue;
-to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Ingrediants
Vitamin B6; bulking agent: dibasic calcium phosphate; thickener: microcrystalline cellulose; pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (30 mg / tablet); anti-caking agent: stearic acid; thickener: sodium carboxymethylcellulose; anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate; glazing agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, polyethylene glycol.

It does not contain gluten.

How to use
