Dosage and method of use:
1-2 tablets a day with water, during the meal.

vitamin C 40 mg; magnesium 56 mg; calcium 120 mg; complex with citrus bioflavonoids 500 mg 80% (400 mg) total flavonoids; quercetin 150 mg; bromelain 1200 GDU / g 50 mg; bulking agent (dibasic calcium phosphate); calcium carbonate; stabilizer (sorbitol); thickeners (mc cellulose and sodium carboxymethylcellulose); anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium stearate); glazing agents (shellac, corn starch, talc and glycerol).
