Ingrediants
Magnesium carbonate; 1-phenylalanine; hypericum (hypericum perforatum); passionflower (passiflora incarnata); hawthorn (crataegus oxycantha); valerian (valeriana officinalis); l-tryptophan; saffron (crocus sativus); vitamin B6.

How to use
take 1 capsule a day, before the main meal. In pregnancy: 1 capsule 2 times a day.

Contraindications
If you are taking medications, ask your doctor for advice before using the product because St. John's wort extract can interfere with their metabolism by also inhibiting their activity. Hypericum extract is contraindicated in children and adolescents.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.
