Mag2 Granulate Oral Solution 2.25g Magnesium Pidolate 20 Sachets

It is used for the treatment of magnesium deficiency states.

Dosage and method of use
Mag 2 Oral Solution is administered in the following doses:

Use only for short periods of treatment.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity 'to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
Severe renal insufficiency.
Not to be administered in subjects undergoing digitalis therapy.

Special warnings
In patients with renal insufficiency it is necessary to reduce the dosage and to monitor renal function and magnesemia. It is advisable to consider the possibility that depression of cardiovascular and respiratory activity may occur during the course of treatment. Patients with rare hereditary problems of fructose intolerance should not take this medicine.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding
It is advisable for the drug to be taken in cases of actual need during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Magnesium is considered compatible with breastfeeding.

Warning: do not use the medicine after the expiry date indicated on the package.

Composition
Mag 2 Granulate contains:
Active ingredient: Magnesium pidolate 2,250 g (corresponding to 184 mg of Mg ++ ion)
Excipients: Saccharin sodium, citric acid monohydrate, sucrose, lemon flavor.
