Magnesium citrate (MagCitra)
It is one of the forms in which magnesium is more absorbable. Magnesium is an essential mineral for muscle contraction, reducing cramps, and supporting the cardiovascular system. It promotes the development and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth, making it essential especially during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and for postmenopausal women. It is also beneficial during the menstrual cycle and in premenstrual syndrome (PMS).
Without salt, sugars, dyes, preservatives and artificial flavors added. Free of yeast, soy, gluten, wheat and milk derivatives (lactose).

How to use
Adults and children over 12 years of age, two tablets a day, preferably on an empty stomach.
