How to use:
- to combat constipation 4 sachets a day before meals, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening dissolved in water, tea, coffee, milk or herbal teas until the disorder is resolved (manna also has the advantage of being a natural sweetener with low glucose and fructose content). Then halve the dosage for a few more days.
- As an intestinal refresher, to keep an active, clean and anti-inflammatory intestine and to support liver function 1 or 2 sachets a day in the evening, before a meal, for about 10 days.
