100% pure manuka essential oil ( leptospermum scoparium jr forst & g. Forst.).

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 drop in the morning equal to 20 mg of essential oil to be diluted in a teaspoon of honey or in vegetable oil.

Do not take during pregnancy, while breastfeeding.
Essential oils are concentrated substances and should not be used pure but diluted.
Do not exceed recommended daily doses.
