How to use Mellin Rice Cream is instant and therefore does not require cooking and is easy and quick to prepare.
Porridge with broth: for the first baby food, start with 3-4 tablespoons of Mellin rice cream in 180 ml of hot vegetable or meat broth. Then continuing with weaning, it is possible to dissolve 5-6 tablespoons of Mellin rice cream in 200 ml of hot vegetable or meat broth. Add a jar of Freeze-dried Mellin or a Homogenized Meat Mellin, starting with half and gradually moving to the entire jar. Finally season with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
A tablespoon is equal to about 6 grams of cream of rice.
NB: The age of use and the doses described are indicative and can be changed based on the needs of the child, after consulting the pediatrician.
After the meal, do not reuse any leftover product.
