Food supplement based on Shiitake from organic farming, useful for promoting the body's natural defenses.
Called the "King of Mushrooms" in the East, the Shiitake has a history of use of over 6000 years.
Shiitake is rich in bioactive molecules, micro and macronutrients, minerals, amino acids, vitamins, enzymes, fibers and secondary metabolites.
Among the amino acids there are good quantities of glutamic acid, also called "brain food", a nourishment for the brain, which favors the production of neurotransmitters and the transport of potassium in the brain.
Contains high levels of polysaccharides (beta-glucans) including Lentinan, a branched beta-glucan (β 1-3 β 1-6) which has shown important properties of immunomodulation.
Ingrediants
• Shiitake ( Lentinula edodes ) whole mushroom powder.
• Vegetable capsules (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, titanium dioxide, yellow iron oxide).
3 capsules contain 1500 mg of Shiitake.
