Plantago Ovata
Thanks to the presence of mucilage, Plantago ovata has the ability to form a gelatinous mass which, increasing in volume, increases the fecal mass and stimulates intestinal motility, facilitating intestinal emptying. It is therefore useful in case of constipation, disorders for which an evacuation with soft stools is necessary, diarrhea. It also has a mild hypoglycemic and hypocholesterolemic action as it acts on reducing the absorption of cholesterol and sugars.
Ingrediants
For 1 and a half scoops (20 g): plantago ovata seminal integument powder 7.5 g.
How to use
Take half a measuring cup in a glass of water, 1 - 3 times a day between meals. It is advisable to take plenty of fluids during the day.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
Do not take during pregnancy and lactation without medical supervision.
For children it is recommended to seek medical advice.
