How to use
We recommend taking a 25 ml measuring cup diluted in a large glass of water, preferably in the morning before breakfast. Alternatively, dilute a 25 ml measuring cup in a one-liter bottle of water and drink the contents throughout the day. It is however advisable, while taking the product, to drink plenty of water to help the body eliminate excess fluids.
