One-component food supplement of magnesium phosphate.

Magnesium acid phosphate regulates the nervous and vegetative system in all its aspects. It moderates their excitability and reduces the transmission of nerve impulses directed to smooth and striated muscles. Its deficiency occurs very frequently with disorders affecting the gastrointestinal system, where first of all alterations of the perisatalsis such as constipation, diarrhea or intestinal colic appear.

Ingrediants
Magnesium phosphate supported on lactose.

How to use
Adults: 4 granules 3 times a day, directly on the tongue.
Children: 2 granules 3 times a day, directly on the tongue.
Infants: 1 granule before each feeding, dissolved in a tablespoon of water.
Acute phase: take the respective doses every half hour. Vary the frequency according to the subjective need and the persistence of symptoms. Take the respective doses 1/4 hour before or after meals.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
