Clear Nutilis Clear is an instant thickener powder based on xanthan gum particularly suitable for drinks and liquids.
It is a dietary food for special medical purposes for the dietary treatment of patients with dysphagia; it must be used under the supervision of a physician and is not indicated as the sole source of nutrition.
The product has characteristics of resistance to amylase which allows to keep the consistency of thickened liquids and beverages constant during consumption; it thickens easily and quickly, keeping thickened liquids transparent or of the original color.
