It is a fish oil supplement concentrated 80% in Omega-3 fatty acids capable of providing 400 mg of EPA and 300 mg of DHA per single capsule.

The International Fish Oil Standards is an independent body, internationally recognized, which has developed a certification program that evaluates the concentration of omega 3 fatty acids, purity (absence of contaminants) and the degree of oxidation, adopting the criteria defined by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Council for Responsible Nutrition (CNR).
These criteria, accepted by IFOS in qualitative terms, are however applied in a much more restrictive way in quantitative terms.
The high concentration of EPA (40%) and DHA (30%) allow excellent compliance in terms of daily dosage (from 1 to maximum 5 capsules), duration of the package and daily cost.

How to use
You can take 1 to 5 capsules per day depending on your specific needs, as indicated below:

- 1 capsule per day (400 mg of EPA + 300 mg of DHA)

- 3 capsules per day (1.2 g of EPA + 900 mg of DHA)

Ingrediants
Fish oil standardized in omega-3 (80%), bovine food gelatin, resistance agent: glycerin.

Gluten-free and lactose-free.
