Lactulose; lactococcus lactis SP3; lactobacillus casei BGP93; lactobacillus acidophilus LA3; bifidobacterium bifidum SP9; antiplatelet agents: silica; magnesium stearate; thickener: corn starch; vegetarian capsule shell: hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose.
How to use
2 to 4 capsules a day, with plenty of water.
It is recommended to take half or 3/4 of the dose in the morning before breakfast, and the remainder before or during one of the main meals.
Drink plenty of water (at least two liters is recommended) throughout the day.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of the reach of children under the age of three. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The date by which to consume the product refers to the intact and correctly stored package.
