Adjuvant in the treatment of bacterial, fungal and viral infections, in the prevention of relapses and as an adjuvant in the treatment of post-partum lesions.
Intended use and mechanism of action
Ozogin vaginal suppositories based on semisynthetic glycerides contains ozonated sunflower oil and hyaluronic acid. Thanks to the properties of the components, the product acts as a protective barrier on the lesion in order to isolate and protect the tissues from microbial aggressions and external irritating factors and to promote normal scarring and healing.
Ozogin ovuli is therefore indicated as an adjuvant in the treatment of bacterial, fungal and viral infections.
Instructions for Use
1. Wash the genital area thoroughly before use.
2. Wash your hands before and after applying the product.
3. Insert the egg deeply into the vagina.
4. Repeat the application once a day according to the doctor's instructions.
Ozogin ovuli should be used when the first symptoms appear (itching, burning, discomfort, etc.) before they manifest themselves in the form of active lesions (redness, blisters, ulcers). A withdrawal period is not necessary following topical therapy. If symptoms persist after the first few days of therapy, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Warnings
Topical vaginal use. Do not swallow.
Do not use the product for applications other than those indicated in this leaflet.
The use, especially if prolonged, of all products for topical use can give rise to sensitization phenomena; in this case, stop the treatment and consult your doctor to establish a suitable therapy.
Do not use the product if allergic to any of the components.
Do not use the product after the expiration date.
Do not use the product if the package is not intact.
Store away from light in a cool and dry place.
The expiry date refers to the intact and correctly stored product.
Keep out of reach of children.
