Phyto Garda Vitadyn Iron Food Supplement 20 Effervescent Tablets

Food supplement of iron and vitamin C. Gluten free.
Iron
It contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, to the normal transport of oxygen in the body and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It is also useful for normal cognitive function and the function of the immune system.
C vitamin
It increases iron absorption and protects cells from oxidative stress.

Ingrediants
Acidifier: anhydrous citric acid; acidity regulator: sodium bicarbonate; maltodextrin; iron gluconate; ascorbic acid (vitamin C); sweeteners: saccarinasodica dihydrate; sorbitol; aroma; coloring: beetroot and riboflavin (vitamin B2) sodium 5-phosphate dihydrate.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 tablet per day to be dissolved in a glass (200 ml) of water. Close the container carefully after use.

Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The expiry date refers to the product in unopened package, properly stored.
