Indications:

Features:

Property:
- folic acid: useful for the primary prevention of DNT (neural tube defects: anencephaly, spina bifida) and other malformations of the nervous system.
- Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12): group of substances containing cobalt, involved in the metabolism of fatty acids, amino acids and nucleic acids. Its deficiency in pregnancy can give rise to very dangerous effects for the unborn child, with consequent disturbance of the nervous system and of the production of blood cells, up to a form of "pernicious" anemia.
- Vitamin A and its precursors: they are one of the essential factors for sight. It also plays a role in the cellular differentiation process, and is therefore very important for a correct development of the individual, for his immune response capacity, for the integrity of the tissues.
- Vitamin D: regulator of calcium metabolism; therefore it favors a correct mineralization of the skeleton. It is synthesized by the body, by the action of the sun's rays, starting from cholesterol derivatives present in the skin.
