Propolis Resinous substance collected by honey bees (Apis Mellifera) of which its beneficial properties are known. Propolis essentially consists of a mixture of compounds of an aromatic and phenolic nature enriched by numerous substances that are very heterogeneous (fatty acids, terpenes, amino acids, vitamins, mineral salts, etc.) whose percentage distribution is very variable according to the seasons and the type of vegetation. Rich in flavonoids, of which galangin has shown interesting antioxidant properties.
Blueberries Berries, now widely cultivated, particularly rich in flavonoids. The consumption of these antioxidant-rich foods plays a very important role in our health as they develop a protective shield against free radicals. The most interesting nutritional component of blueberry is represented by anthocyanins. These are compounds with a high antioxidant power, which is expressed above all at the microcirculation level (capillaries, blood vessels).
It does not contain gluten or sugars.
