Puressentiel SOS Travel Sick ROLLER
Indications:
helps prevent and relieve nausea caused by travel (car, ship, plane).
How to use:
shake the roller well and then apply it to your wrists, temples or neck. Then rub your wrists together and breathe deeply the aromas of essential oils. Then take 5 deep breaths.
Use preventively several times in the hours preceding a trip that could cause disturbances (if possible, make 3 applications: ½ hour, ¼ of an hour and immediately before taking a means of transport).
Repeat the application at the slightest feeling of nausea.
Contraindications:
not recommended as a precaution for children under the age of 3, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Warnings:
after application, it is advisable not to expose yourself to the sun for prolonged periods.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
