Recolfos food supplement of live probiotics (grown on exclusively vegetable soils) and prebiotic fibers, useful for the rebalancing of bacterial flora and intestinal function.

Ingrediants
Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), Bifidobacterium lactis BS01, Silicon Dioxide Anti-caking agent.

How to use
Adults: 1-2 sachets per day, preferably on an empty stomach. Children (over 3 years): 1 sachet per day.
Pour the contents of the sachet into a little water (about half a glass), mix and take the preparation immediately afterwards.
For prevention and acute administration: the recommended dose should be taken for at least 10 days. For chronic forms (chronic constipation or diarrhea, IBS, etc.): the intake must be cyclical: 20 consecutive days each month. The intake of the product is compatible with that of antibiotics, antidiarrheal drugs and intestinal immunostimulants and its presence in the intestine does not interfere with the absorption of drugs and nutrients, such as vitamins and mineral salts.

Warnings
In case of simultaneous intake of a course of antibiotics, it is necessary to take the product at least 3 hours after the antibiotic. Taking supplements is not a substitute for a healthy and varied diet, including adequate fluid intake.
