How Does Relaxing Relaxing Supplement Work?

Relaxing is a food supplement whose formulation based on Alpha-Lactalbumin, Magnesium, B Vitamins and Folic Acid, promotes relaxation by counteracting stress and anxiety. The properties of the elements that characterize the product are:

• Alpha-lactalbumin is a whey protein of milk, of which it represents a fundamental nutritional factor. Unlike all the other proteins that precipitate in the acidic environment of the stomach, alpha-lactalbumin quickly passes through the gastric tract and reaches the intestine completely destroyed by peptides that freely pass the intestinal membrane. In the blood it continues its demolition up to free amino acids.
  A peculiar characteristic of alpha-lactalbumin is its amino acid composition, particularly rich in tryptophan and poor in the group of amino acids that compete for its cerebral uptake, the large neutral amino acids (LNAAs).
  All the proteins in our diet are low in tryptophan and rich in competing LNAAs, while alpha-lactalbumin contains 4.8% tryptophan.
  Alpha-lactalbumin, taken orally, also increases the plasma tryptophan / LNAAs ratio by 50%.
  From this relationship depends not only the amount of tryptophan picked up by the brain, but above all, the cerebral synthesis of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that plays an important role in regulating mood, sleep and other important body processes;
• Magnesium stimulates nervous function, favoring the transmission of impulses: at the intracellular level, it activates hexokinase, an enzyme that converts glucose into glucose-6-phosphate, the first step in glycolysis, a process through which sugars are broken down to produce energy needed by all cells, especially nerve and muscle cells which consume a large amount of it.
  This precious mineral, among the many functions performed, stimulates the production of serotonin, an endorphin which acts on specific receptors in the brain and which has an analgesic, antidepressant and mood stabilizing action. Its deficiency can cause nervousness, anxiety, nervous tics and insomnia.

• Folic acid , an insufficient intake of folic acid can cause excessive stress, tension, irritability, fatigue and a lack of memory.

Method of use and dosage

It is recommended to take 1-2 tablets a day spaced throughout the day, on an empty stomach and at least half an hour before protein meals.
The simultaneous or close intake of carbohydrates does not cause interference in the absorption of alpha-lactalbumin.
