Adjuvant in the reparative processes of skin irritations and lesions. It assists the healing process of chronic necrotic wounds and pressure sores. It also assists the reparative process in the following conditions: skin abrasions, lacerated bruises, burns, dermatitis, including radiodermatitis.
Non-sterile cream to be used as an adjuvant in the healing therapy of chronic wounds, ulcers and decubitus, thanks to the granulomatous activation capable of promoting the trophic process that is the basis of skin regeneration. The same properties are useful in assisting the healing of skin abrasions, lacerated-contused wounds, burns, dermatitis, radiodermatitis. The lysine salt of hyaluronic acid, added with thymine, present in the device, enhances the hydrodynamics of the hyaluronic acid polymer chain present in every tissue of the body. It is found in the extracellular matrix (ECM) of which it represents one of the major constituents as a fundamental structural element. It helps keep the matrix hydrated while also supporting its structural integrity. Hyaluronic acid is one of the most hygroscopic molecules found in nature. This is one of the primary characteristics that contributes to many of its properties. Given the high hygroscopicity, hyaluronic acid solutions have a high molecular transport capacity. Due to its high specific volume and its structural simplicity, in the repair process the hyaluronic acid creates a space that can be filled by cells and molecular components of the ECM. Clinical studies have shown that high molecular weight hyaluronic acid more closely reproduces the physiological action of endogenous hyaluronic acid, inducing an increase in hydration of the dermis, a facilitation of cell turnover and the removal of free radicals: all this promotes skin repair processes, the healing of lesions, the absorption of edema.

How to use
Bedsores, wounds, burns:
- clean your hands before proceeding.
- Clean the wound with physiological solution.
- Spread a thin layer of the product over the entire injured surface, including the edges.
- Protect everything with secondary dressing, preferring greasy gauze for direct contact with the lesion.
- Repeat the application once a day during the first week and then every other day.
Bruises, hematomas with skin lesions:
- Spread a thin layer of the product over the entire injured surface, massaging gently.
- Apply non-compressive bandage.
- Repeat the application 2-3 times a day, until signs and symptoms improve.

Warnings
The product is intended for external use.
The dressing with repaLysYal requires compliance with the most common rules of hygiene and asepsis, so wash your hands thoroughly before proceeding to its application on damaged skin.
Cleaning of the injured area must be performed only with physiological solution in order to remove any foreign bodies, while excess secretion and / or blood must be dabbed with gauze compresses.
Do not use disinfectants before applying the device.
The excess necrotic material and the macerated cutaneous edges should in turn be removed by resorting to a light courettage.
Be sure to cover the wound after application to avoid external contact and infection.
Keep out of the reach of children. Do not swallow.
The expiry date indicated on the label refers to the closed and properly stored product. Do not use beyond the expiration date. Do not use if package is opened or damaged.

Contraindications
The product is contraindicated in subjects with intolerance / hypersensitivity to any of the components.

Side effects
There are no known undesirable effects of clinical relevance.
As soon as it is applied to injured skin, a burning sensation may be felt which tends to resolve spontaneously after a few minutes.
If undesirable effects other than those described appear, stop the application and consult your doctor.

Interactions
There are no known interactions with other products.

Although the effects of repaLysYal are not known during pregnancy and / or breastfeeding, the application of the product in these cases is subject to the judgment of the doctor.
