Product description
It is a soft dressing in polyacetate impregnated with pure Revamil standardized medical honey with a high enzymatic concentration.
It is gamma sterilized and does not adhere to the lesion.
It guarantees a prolonged antibacterial action thanks to the slow release of hydrogen peroxide at 3 ° / °°.
Gluconic acid creates an acidic environment equal to pH 3.5 such as to inhibit bacterial proliferation.
The enzymatic activity of Revamil® honey and the antibacterial efficacy promote skin regeneration.

Indications
• Suitable for acute and chronic extensive infected wounds;
• For pressure ulcers in the sacral area;
• Vascular ulcers, surgical wounds;
• For the treatment of heel injuries;
• 1st and 2nd degree burns.

How to use
• Clean the wound with physiological solution.
• Apply the gauze compress impregnated with Revamil medical honey and cover with a secondary bandage.
• During the first week, medicate every 24 hours and then every 48/72 hours according to the judgment of the healthcare professional.
