Capsule contents: Ananans ( Ananans comosus Merr. ) Juice and stems dry extract titrated 250 GDU / g in enzymatic activity such as bromelain (pineapple, maltodextrin), Licorice ( Glycyrrhiza glabra L. ) root dry extract deglycyricated (licorice, maltodextrin), Valerian ( Valeriana officinalis L. ) root dry extract titrated 0.8% in total sesquiterpenic acids such as valerenic acid (valerian, maltodextrin, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide), Anti-caking agents: Magnesium stearate, Silico dioxide; Hypericum ( Hypericum perforatum L. ) aerial part dry extract titrated 0.3% in total hypericins as hypericin (hypericum, maltodextrin). Bulking agent: dibasic calcium phosphate. Outer shell ( may contain sulfur dioxide ): Gelatin, Color: Titanium dioxide.

How to use
Take 2 capsules a day.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not take during pregnancy. Contains licorice: avoid excessive consumption in case of hypertension. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you take medications, ask your doctor for advice before using the product, because St. John's wort extract can interfere with their metabolism by also inhibiting their activity. Hypericum extract is contraindicated in children and adolescents.
