How to use
Unless otherwise advised by a doctor, it is recommended to take 1 tablet a day between meals.

For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
