Rogonil product CE, class I, non sterile.
Specific ointment for the control of irritative phenomena of the anogenital area in pediatric age. Particularly indicated in the symptomatic treatment of itching, redness, burning in the course of anogenital inflammation of the pediatric and pre-pubertal age on an irritative basis (e.g. diaper rash), allergic (e.g. atopic dermatitis), infectious (e.g. vulvovaginitis) from Staphylococcus). Adjuvant in the symptomatic treatment of the vulvar repercussions of systemic diseases (eg chicken pox). The treatment is compatible with any pharmacological interventions required.
Contains Adelmidrol, a substance belonging to the class of Aliamides, capable of downmodulating mast cell degranulation, and consequently exerting a rebalancing action on tissue hyper-activity.
2-dodecenedioic acid (transtraumatic acid) facilitates the convergence of local epithelial cells, favoring the "restitutio ad integrum" of the mucocutaneous barrier, which, in hyper-reactive conditions, is compromised. The product uses an innovative muco-adhesive technology, such that the substances present in the formulation are dynamically conveyed and retained at the application site, thanks to the bond between hyaluronic acid and CD44 receptors expressed by inflamed epithelial cells.
How to use
Apply 2 or more times a day, evenly distributing the ointment on the anogenital area until symptoms disappear or otherwise according to medical advice. In the case of diaper rash, spread a thin layer of product over the entire affected area at each diaper change, after thorough washing. The product is formulated to ensure an effective protective mucocutaneous barrier.
Warnings
Product is not indicated for subjects already sensitized to the components present in the formulations.
