Sedanam Night Sleep Supplement 30 Tablets

Food supplement based on Scutellaria, Valerian, Passionflower, Ashwagandha, Hawthorn and Melatonin.

INDICATIONS: Scutellaria contributes to relaxation (sleep). Valerian assists relaxation (sleep and in case of stress), Passionflower is also useful for mental well-being. Ashwagandha and Hawthorn contribute to relaxation and mental well-being. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep; the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin just before going to bed.

HOW TO USE: 1 tablet a day, 30 minutes before going to bed.
