Saffron stigmas (Crocus sativus L., anhydrous colloidal silica, palm oil, citric acid) dry extract titrated 2% safranal	30 mg (0.6 mg)
Other ingredients: croscarmellose (sodium carboxymethylcellulose), anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate.

How to use
It is suggested to take 1 tablet per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
