Food supplement based on vitamin C, citrus bioflavonoids, Rosehip and Rutin. Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) is a water-soluble vitamin that is very important for the wide variety of reactions in which it is involved: it maintains the normal function of the immune system and protects cells from oxidative stress. It supports the normal functioning of the nervous system and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. Furthermore, vitamin C increases the absorption of iron and promotes the formation of collagen for the normal formation of blood vessels and for the normal function of the gums, skin, cartilage and bones. Rosehip has a restorative action and contributes to the antioxidant action.

Ingrediants
Bioflavonoids from citrus fruits; vitamin C: l-ascorbic acid; dog rose (rosa canina l.); rutin; bulking agents: dibasic calcium phosphate; microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide; vegetable magnesium stearate; glazing agent: hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose; humectant: vegetable glycerin.

How to use
Swallow 1/2 tablet a day, with water, preferably with a meal. It is preferable that the intake of vitamin C does not take place after 18.00, to avoid situations of evening hyperactivity.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Contraindications
As it contains bioflavonoids, do not take during pregnancy.
