Solgar Omnium works by providing the body with the nutrients necessary for its well-being. Its antioxidant formula acts thanks to the blend of vitamins, minerals and natural components such as:

• Vitamins B2, B6, niacin, folic acid, vitamins B12 and Vitamin C to reduce the sense of tiredness and fatigue;
• Vitamins B1, B2, niacin, biotin, Vitamin B1 and Vitamin C for the correct functioning of the nervous system;
• Choline, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid and Vitamin B12 for homocysteine metabolism;
• Vitamins B2, C, E, Zinc, copper and selenium for an antioxidant action together with turmeric and broccoli extracts .

Method of use and dosage

Take 1/2 tablet a day, with water, preferably with a meal.

Warnings and Contraindications

Contains bioflavonoids: do not take during pregnancy.
Do not administer to children under 3 years of age.
Contains alpha-lipoic acid: if you are being treated with hypoglycemic drugs, consult your doctor before using the product
