"Female" polyunsaturated fatty acids Evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis L.) is a naturally rich source of omega-6 and in particular of GLA (gamma-linolenic acid). Evening primrose oil is useful for the integrity and functionality of cell membranes, for trophism and for the functionality of the skin. Evening primrose oil can counteract menstrual cycle disorders and support joint function.
