Food product composed of a green freshwater microalgae: very pure Chlorella pyrenoidosa compressed into small tablets without the addition of any type of excipient. It does not contain gluten.
Dosage and method of use
In the treatment of obesity: 1 g. (4 tablets) with water 1/2 hour before lunch and dinner.
As a reinforcer of organic defenses: 0.75 g. (3 tablets) for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
During training: 2.5 g. (10 tablets) divided into the day.
During sports performance: 5 g. (20 tablets) 4 times a day.
Maximum sporting commitment: 7-8 g. (28-32 tablets) divided into the day.
