Dosage and method of use
In the treatment of obesity: 1 g. (4 tablets) with water 1/2 hour before lunch and dinner.
As a reinforcer of organic defenses: 0.75 g. (3 tablets) for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
During training: 2.5 g. (10 tablets) divided into the day.
During sports performance: 5 g. (20 tablets) 4 times a day.
