How to use:
30-40 drops, 2-3 times a day.
External use: 20% dilution in sterile water or physiological solution for compresses.

Note:
mother tinctures are generally diluted in a little non-carbonated water and the liquid should be kept under the tongue for about 1 minute to facilitate its absorption.
