Ingrediants
Passiflora (Passifora incarnata L.) herb with flowers hydroalcoholic extract; melatonin.
How to use
To reduce the time required to fall asleep, we recommend taking 1 puff (equal to 1 mg of melatonin) to be sprayed under the tongue just before bedtime. In case of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice.
