Rhodiola rosea root dry extract D: E 10: 1 titrated at 3% in salidroside	300 mg
Ophiopogon japonicus root dry extract D: E 5: 1	200 mg
Griffonia simplicifolia seed dry extract D: E 30: 1 titrated at 98% in 5-htp	100 mg
Other ingredients: maltodextrin; stabilizer (microcrystalline cellulose); anti-caking agents (vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide).

How to use
In order to ensure a constant action of the product, it is recommended to take 1 tablet, 2 times a day, in the middle of the morning and mid-afternoon, preferably on an empty stomach.
