• Niacin (Vitamin PP) , Thiamine (Vitamin B1) and Vitamin B6, which contribute to normal energy metabolism;
• Vitamin B2, which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue;
• Vitamin B12 , which contributes to normal psychological function and the normal formation of red blood cells;
• Folate, which contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

Method of use and dosage
