Valerian
Sedative, spasmolytic, hypnotic (without being addictive or addictive) it increases the activity of GABA, reduces anxiety and irritability which are often the basis of vascular symptoms typical of the menopausal period.
Griffonia
The seeds of Griffonia simplicifolia contain 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), the endogenous precursor of serotonin. The properties of the plant extracts are due to its ability to induce a greater production of the neurotransmitter by the body.
Chaste tree
Its activity is carried out at the level of the pituitary and the diencephalon by inhibiting the stimulating follicle hormone (FSH) and stimulating the secretion of luteinizing hormone (LH) and prolactin. This results in a shift in the estrogen-progestin balance in favor of the progestin component.
Dioscorea Villosa

How to use
Take 1 tablets per day; unless otherwise indicated by a doctor.
