TricapSures of 60 Capsules

Tricapsures capsule is a specific food supplement for the treatment of hair diseases (such as androgenetic alopecia and telogen effluvium). The etiology of these pathologies can be of an inflammatory and / or hormonal nature. Tricapsures intervenes on these processes thanks to the synergistic action of all its constituents (Fig. 1):

CAPSAICIN active ingredient present in plants of the genus Capsicum, acts by desensitizing sensor neurons with consequent reduction of the painful perception of the patient (itching) and attenuation of the inflammatory process mediated by them.
CURCUMINA deriving from Curcuma Longa, exerts an anti-inflammatory action by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins.
RESVERATROL derived from PolygonumCuspidatum, has an antioxidant activity up to 90 times higher than that of Vitamin E. It is effective in skin diseases of multifactorial aetiology, especially when a chronic inflammatory component is present.
SERENOA REPENS dwarf palm of the Arecaceae family, whose components have anti-estrogenic and antiandrogenic effects that occur with the arrest, through the inhibition of 5-alpha reductase, of the production of dihydrotestosterone (DHT), effectively limiting the shrinking processes of hair follicles.
CINNAMON also known as Cinnamomum and belonging to the Lauraceae family, it is known as an active substance in maintaining the micro-circulatory function of the scalp.

HORMONAL ALTERATIONS
The extent of baldness and weakening of the hair is closely related to the level of sensitivity of the hair follicles to androgens and to the action of an enzyme, 5-alpha reductase, produced by the cells of the follicle and responsible for the hormonal alteration. This enzyme is in fact responsible for the conversion of testosterone into its more powerful derivative, dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which due to its greater affinity with androgen receptors penetrates more easily into the cell nucleus, thus causing a progressive involution of the follicles and hair.
INFLAMMATORY PROCESSES
Among the processes involved in hair loss, the neuropeptides (substance P, CGRP, neurokinin A etc) secreted by the sensory fibers play a fundamental role. The C-unmyelinated fibers of the sensor neurons carry out an efferent transport function of the neuropeptides which, peripherally, have a trophic function when the production is at low concentration, or of induction of neurogenic inflammation when there is a hyperactivation. In the latter case, the resulting autoimmune reaction presents the symptomatic procession, made up of redness and itching, of the inflammatory process.
SYNERGY OF ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
The effectiveness of Tricapsures as a first adjuvant in hair treatments is legitimized by the synergy of the anti-inflammatory properties of capsaicin, the antioxidant action of curcumin and resveratrol and the inhibitory action of serenoa repens.
1. Capsaicin receptors are present in the skin and keratocytes whose bond determines the discharge of the neuropeptide fiber: nerve transmission cannot occur and the inflammation associated with sensory innervation decreases.
2. Serenoa repens, capsaicin and curcumin counteract the action of the 5α-reductase enzyme, responsible for the synthesis of DHT and the consequent fragility of the hair.
3. In some studies, capsaicin has been shown to increase the production of specific hormones with anabolic properties (IGF-I), which are important for hair growth.
4. The antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral activity of resveratrol determines evident positive effects on hair health.
5. The vasodilating properties of curcumin, capsaicin and resveratrol favor a greater concentration in the tissues and a more rapid absorption of all the active ingredients.
CLINICAL EXPERIENCES IN TRICHOLOGY
The combination of capsaicin, curcumin and resveratrol has demonstrated a trophic action on the scalp documenting reduction of hair loss and regrowth of the hair. In 150 subjects of both sexes, a reduction in hair loss was observed after three weeks (at the administration of 3 capsules per day).
In all cases (and especially in the effluvium of the woman, even elderly), the regrowth of hair, often of the original color, was found in a high percentage. The most striking results were obtained when a psoriatic form coexisted. In subjects of male sex, even elderly, it was observed the regrowth initially of thin hair and subsequently of hair of greater consistency.

Tricapsures should be used in all situations in which hair loss has occurred.

The daily dosage should be tailored to the nature and severity of the problem. In most cases, the patient responds positively to the dose of 2 capsules per day but it is not uncommon to adopt therapeutic regimens with an attack dose of 3 capsules. However, it is preferable to take Tricapsures after the main meals.

A CORRECT LIFESTYLE
The observance of a correct lifestyle helps to favor the general improvement of the health conditions and well-being of the skin and hair. Supplements cannot be considered as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
The use of laxatives and an unbalanced diet (especially protein-free) can cause hair loss phenomena. It is always preferable to avoid or limit the use of alcohol,
smoking and caffeine as they can help inhibit the action and absorption of vitamins.
