ACTIVE PRINCIPLES
Ubidecarenone 50 mg.

EXCIPIENTS
Capsules: lactose, insoluble polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinylpyrrolidone, talc, hydrated colloidal silica, sodium lauryl sulfate, magnesium stearate, erythrosine and 127, iron oxide and 172, titanium dioxide e171, gelatin.

INDICATIONS
Congenital deficiencies of coenzyme Q10.

CONTRAINDICATIONS / SECONDARY EFFECT
Individual hypersensitivity already ascertained towards the preparation.

DOSAGE
50 mg capsules: one administration per day, unless otherwise prescribed.

STORAGE
Keep the medicine in the original container in order to protect it from light.

INTERACTIONS
Not known.

SIDE EFFECTS
The drug is generally well tolerated. Gastric upset, decreased appetite, nausea, diarrhea, skin rashes have sometimes been reported during treatment. If such secondary reactions occur, the treatment must be discontinued.

PREGNANCY AND BREASTFEEDING
Even if the teratological studies conducted with the drug on animals did not show any teratogenic effect, however, as for the other drugs, its administration during the first three months of pregnancy should be carried out only in case of real need.
