Method of use and dosage

Take one serving twice a day, preferably at breakfast and mid-afternoon and in any case immediately after training, along with carbohydrates. One serving is equal to half of your weight in grams. For 70 kg of weight, the dose to be taken is 35 g of protein, not of product.
