Food supplement in drops based on pure melatonin and valerian and hop extracts. Promotes a physiological night's rest. Melatonin, a substance also produced by the body, supports the level present in the body and allows you to maintain a good day-night rhythm. The natural and vegetable substances of valerian and hops taken before going to bed have a relaxing and calming action.
It does not contain alcohol, gluten, sucrose and lactose.
The product contains sugar alcohols: excessive consumption can have laxative effects.

Ingrediants
Sorbitol; water; glycerol; hops glycerine extract (Humulus lupulus L., fruits) (15%); soft valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis L., root) (1%); coloring: plain caramel; melatonin (0.4%), emulsifier: polysorbate 80; stabilizer: gum arabic; preservative: potassium sorbate; acidifier: citric acid; aromas.

How to use
Shake the product before taking it, administer the desired dose diluted in a little water or any other drink, or directly into the mouth.
The maximum daily dose, not to be exceeded, is 1 ml (20 drops), to be taken in the evening half an hour before going to bed.
