How to use Massage very gently the legs from the bottom upwards, with circular movements. This non-greasy gel can also be applied directly over tights. For optimal action use the VITIVEN Gel 2 times a day. To enhance the cold effect during application, it is recommended to keep the product in the refrigerator.
