Vulnamin is a cream of non-animal origin that can be used as an adjuvant to facilitate the healing of wounds on which it is not possible to intervene by suturing and which have damaged the dermis, such as chronic ulcerative wounds, pressure sores. Facilitates faster tissue regeneration and maintains ideal humidity conditions to promote the re-epithelialization of skin lesions.
Vulnamin is an invasive product made in compliance with Directive 93/42 / EEC MDD; it is intended to assist the cellular reintegration process to promote fast wound healing. Thanks to its action, it promotes the reconstruction of connective tissue and the consequent regeneration of epithelial cells.
Unlike many of the astringent substances that cause vasoconstriction, soaps that can generally cause edema or dehydration, or rubbing with alcohol that can cause damage by removing the fats of the skin tissue making the skin drier and easier to crack, Vulnamin cream promotes the elimination of necrotic tissues protects the integrity of the skin. Keep the lesion under continuous observation. The interval between dressing changes essentially depends on the state of the wound. Daily replacements may be required initially. How to use

Warnings
Before making any dressing, you need to wash your hands well. Remove any foreign material with physiological solution by spraying from the inside of the wound outwards. After cleaning the area, the wound can be swabbed with sterile gauze to remove any excess blood. If the lesion is not such as to require further intervention, after cleaning the wound apply Vulnamin to aid the healing process.
Known hypersensitivity to the components. There are no known overdose phenomena. There are no known interactions with drugs and medicinal substances. Vulnamin is a product characterized by high tolerability, however local reactions can rarely occur, due to hypersensitization phenomena, destined to resolve spontaneously. However, it is advisable to consult a doctor in case of concomitant pharmacological treatments and / or for use extended beyond 6 weeks.
