Adjuvant in healing processes.
It is a product made in compliance with Directive 93/42 / EEC MDD. It is intended to promote the restoration of the humid microenvironment in particularly dry wounds while assisting the cleansing and granulation phase of non-cleansed skin lesions.
Interactive dressing based on sodium hyaluronate and amino acids constituting collagen, in a fluid gel formulation, aimed at promoting the formation of granulation tissue and tissue regeneration. It also facilitates wound cleansing.
Vulnamin spray protects the integrity of the skin, finding use in the early stages of lesions with a preventive effect on their evolution. In skin lesions of various origins, Vulnamin spray facilitates cleansing and the formation of granulation tissue, and therefore the regeneration of the lesion area. Vulnamin spray also reduces the inflammatory infiltrate and, at the same time, stimulates the fibroblasts to produce collagen.
The versatile formulation of Vulnamin spray allows it to be used even in areas that are difficult to reach and particularly painful to contact. The application on skin not yet ulcerated but with signs of ulcerative evolution, favors the maintenance of a protective microenvironment on the integrity of the skin itself. In the treatment of skin ulcers of various origins, with slowing of healing, lesions with medium or low exudate, both cleansed and colonized, whether they are flat or cavity, Vulnamin spray facilitates cleansing and assists the recovery of tissue repair. Do not use on overt infection. In colonized lesions combine an antibacterial secondary dressing.

How to use
Spray Vulnamin spray on the skin affected by pre-ulcerative lesions 1 or 2 times a day. Vulnamin spray is also indicated in skin ulcerative lesions without necrosis and infection (red phase). The interval between dressing changes essentially depends on the state of the wound. The dressing change should be commensurate with the wound exudation; replacement is recommended every other day or, at the latest, every three days. Wash and cleanse the wound and spray an adequate amount of product, using as secondary dressing the most appropriate to the state of the wound.

Components
Purified water, sodium hyaluronate, glycine, L-proline, L-leucine, L-lysine HCl, methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate sodium salt, propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate sodium salt, propylene glycol, tetrasodium EDTA.

Warnings
Remove any foreign material from the wound by spraying physiological solution from the inside of the wound outwards. Before making the dressing, wash your hands thoroughly. After thoroughly cleaning the area to be treated, gently pat the wound with gauze to remove excess blood. If the wound does not require further intervention, after cleaning the wound, apply Vulnamin spray as described in the directions for use.
It is contraindicated in case of known hypersensitivity to the components. There are no known overdose phenomena. There are no known side effects. There are no known interactions with drugs and medicinal substances. Although there are no known side effects in case of pregnancy and lactation it is advisable to carry out the application according to the judgment of the doctor. Vulnamin spray is a product characterized by good tolerability; occasionally there may be burning sensations, due to the hypertonicity of the product which characterizes its effectiveness in cleansing. However, this sensation tends to resolve spontaneously.
The expiry date refers to the closed and properly stored product. Product intended for external use. Do not use after the expiration date. Do not sterilize. Do not use if package is opened or damaged. Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to the components. The use of desiccant materials in combination with Vulnamin spray is not recommended. Keep out of reach of children. In case of adverse reactions stop treatment and consult your doctor.

storage
Vulnamin spray must be stored at a temperature between 8 ° and 30 ° C. Do not store in the fridge. Store in a cool and dry place, away from humidity and heat sources.
