Dioscorea is the plant source of diosgenin, an active ingredient useful for the formation of DHEA in the body. DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone) is a hormone produced by the adrenal glands which, through the bloodstream reaches the various cellular districts, where it is converted into male or female hormones. It has been observed that in women DHEA progressively decreases starting from 25-30 years and this has effects on female hormone levels, which progressively decrease with age to reach a drastic reduction precisely with menopause.
Several researches validate positive results with the increase in DHEA levels: reversal of aging processes, reduction of body fat, reduction of disorders related to premenstrual syndrome and those related to menopause. Positive effects were also highlighted in the prevention of osteoporosis and in the functionality of the digestive system.

Ingrediants
Dioscorea villosa, extract titrated 20% diosgenin; magnesium carbonate; cornstarch; magnesium trisilicate; dolomite.

How to use
1 to 3 capsules of 100 mg in the morning, or 1 capsule of 300 mg in the evening before bedtime.
Benefits have been observed following the administration of Wild yam, after a period of 4-8 weeks.
