How to use
Sleeve gastrectomy and gastric bypass: 1 capsule twice a day with meals for 3/6 months. Subsequently 1 capsule a day always during meals.
Ketogenic diets: 1 capsule per day during meals for at least one month.
Gastric band: 1 capsule twice a day with meals for 1 month. Subsequently 1 capsule a day always during meals.
Deficiencies and reintegrations (elderly or sports): 1 capsule per day during meals for at least one month.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
